Stylish Office Outfits
Whether you’re headed into the office again or still working from home, these 7 office outfits will freshen up your work style and make you feel stylish…and maybe even a little more productive!
I do not work in an office, but I used to, and I know many of you do. If you’re one of the many subscribers who have been asking for work attire, this post is for you! Most of these outfits are for women who are working in person. But I’ll share tips on how to make the looks Zoom-friendly too if you’re still working from home.

Look #1) Power Suit
This first office outfit is very traditional, but you can’t go wrong with a classic power suit! A blazer and black trousers are two of the wardrobe basics on the checklists you get for FREE when you sign up for my newsletter. Without your wardrobe basics, the rest of your closet can’t seamlessly work.
I’m wearing my Balmain blazer and the best Spanx wide-leg pants. The blazer is pricey but it’s super high quality and a piece I’ll wear for the rest of my life. You could easily substitute it for a black blazer you already have in your closet. The Spanx pants are wonderful…just trust me. They are super chic but feel like you’re wearing workout leggings! (For real. They’re the best!)
Under the blazer, I’m wearing a gorgeous, printed blouse by Ba&sh but you could wear any neutral-colored blouse. Just make sure you stick with a higher neckline in the workplace. To complete the look, I’m wearing classic black pointed-toe pumps that elongate my legs even more.
Tip: If you work from home, just swap the pants for jeans so you still look like business on top (for Zoom calls) but you’re more casual on the bottom.
If you’re interested, I shared my full review of the Balmain blazer here.

Look #2) Boyfriend Blazer
A more relaxed version of look #1 is to swap a traditional blazer for a boyfriend blazer. This Mango blazer has a longer hemline and more relaxed fit, making it more casual. Underneath, I’m wearing the same Ba&sh blouse, but I layered a fun check print black and white cardigan over it. This is a great layering technique if you work in a really cold office. I love the contrast of the check print on the cardigan and the polka dot print on the blouse because it gives the look an interesting fashion-forward twist. I’m wearing the same Spanx pants and pointed-toe pumps.

Look #3) Fashion Forward
This look is for those of you who work in a fun, fashion-forward office! I’m wearing the same Balmain blazer with a basic white cami underneath. You could swap the top for a different basic white blouse or shell you already have in your closet. I’m also wearing a really cool belt by an Italian designer I recently discover, Elisabetta Franchi. The belt adds a cool factor to the look and creates more waist definition. The exact belt is sold out, but I linked another that I’ve been eyeing! The best part about this look…is the tulle skirt! This is a really fun way to add some drama and bring joy back into your style.
Tip: If you work from home…still wear the tulle skirt! Nobody will see it on your Zoom calls but you’ll know you’re wearing it and feel extra confident!
If you love the tulle skirt but aren’t sure you’ll wear it, make sure you check out this post with even more outfit ideas.

Look #4) Appropriate but On-Trend
Yes, the 80s stirrup pants trend is back and better than ever! Many of the options out there are leggings or tights style stirrup pants but I decided to try out these more traditional fitting trouser stirrup pants by Elisabetta Franchi. They are SO chic. I love the seams down the front, the v-shaped hemline, and super high waist…all making them very flattering too. The stirrups are elevated more than other stirrup pants I’ve seen because they have small gold buttons on the sides that add an extra style element I love. I picked these up in Madrid but can’t find a place to link them anywhere online. They do have them in red here. But I’m also linking a very similar option above.
I’m wearing my stirrups on the outside of the same black pumps from the other outfits. On top, I have on a cami and black boyfriend blazer. But you can swap the cami for a more modest blouse for the office. If you want to add some drama, throw on a statement necklace too!
I shared all of my thoughts on the trend and more options in this post if you’re interested.

Look #5) Play With Pattern
In this look, I’m wearing a beautiful black and white midi skirt by Mango. The geo print adds a fun (but still neutral) aspect to an office outfit. Plus, it’s flowy so you’ll be very comfortable. I styled it with a basic black top, Balmain blazer, pearl statement necklace, and black pumps.
Tip: If you work from home, play with pattern by wearing a printed blouse instead of a printed skirt so it’s visible on Zoom calls. Then you can swap the skirt for jeans for a more casual at-home look.

Look #6) Casual Friday Approved
Looking for a chic Casual Friday outfit? This look is for you! I’m wearing a blouse by IRO that has a high neckline and beautiful print. I’m wearing it with flared jeans by Mother. These are the perfect length on me (I’m 5’4”) but they will be more cropped on taller women. The fit is so good and I love the flattering, flared silhouette and frayed hem. Finally, I added a blazer for an even more polished look.

Look #7) Office To Date Night
Headed straight from the office to dinner? Or just want to feel sexy and confident but still look office-appropriate? This look is for you! Unless you work in a super traditional office setting, you can incorporate some tasteful leather into your office outfit. This really chic, modest IRO leather skirt is a wonderful example. Wear some tights underneath to make it even more office-appropriate. Throw on some black boots and a printed blouse, and you’re ready for the office AND date night!
